P. keyserlingi again
This is the same spider seen in the previous post, after I managed to put it in a jar so I could take it out of my bedroom.
This is a crappy picture, but it’s the only one I have in which you can tell the size of this spider.
I like to put my hand close to the insect or spider I’m taking pictures of, so I can remember later what size they were. I wasn’t going to put my hand near a wandering spider though! So I had to settle for a jar picture.
My hand is about 16 cm long (6.5 in) so that spider was about 13 cm long (5.5 in).
Ah, Brazilian bugs.
